Inside the first door will be the box with the key. The instructions for opening the box will be in the text message by our scheduler.

Enter into the main lobby, the office will be to your right and the community room to your left. Feel free to stop and grab a coffee in the community room or a brochure from the table next to the office. Proceed to the hallway and turn left as seen on the photo.

As you turn left, please feel free to check out the indoor pool, hot tub, package room, and fitness room on your right, and the theater room on your left all the way at the end of the hall.

At the end of the hall will be a white door, use your key fob on the black panel with a red light to pass through the door and turn left.

Turn left after going through the white door. Turn right down the hallway before the door labeled stairs as indicated in the picture.

Proceed down the long hallway until the fork in the path.

When you reach the fork in the hallway, turn left as shown in the picture.

Around the corner shown here will be the elevator.

Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor.

Once you get out of the elevator, turn right.

Take another right at the fork in the hallway.

Apartment 312 will be immediately on your right. Feel free to take your time as you tour the apartment. When you leave, please turn off the lights, lock the patio door, and close the door behind you.

When leaving, you will make an immediate left, another left at the fork to get to the elevator. Take the elevator down to the first floor and take a right.

Take another right to find the long hallway.

Follow the hallway all the way down, then take a left, and an immediate right to find the door labeled “Community Room”. Go through the door and pass our amazing amenities and office to put the key back in the lockbox. We enjoyed having you here! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
