In this day and age, our phones and computers seem to be permanently stuck in our hands. They’re required for work, connecting with friends and family, shopping, and so much more. To truly relax and enjoy this summer, try designating an hour each day for “unplugged” time. Pick up that book you’ve been dying to read or go on a walk and say hi to your neighbors. You may just be surprised how enjoyable and refreshing time without technology can truly be!

Spend Time on yourself
